Two Rivers Ford is a 15 time winner of the Ford President’s Award for Customer Satisfaction. The President's Award is given to only those who display the highest dedication to customer service.
The President's Award recognizes Ford and Lincoln Mercury Dealerships that have made a commitment to consistently deliver exceptional sales, service and vehicle ownership experiences to their customers.
Ford Motor Company's President's Award is reserved for the best of the best - only a handful of dealerships will receive this honor every year and Two Rivers Ford is proud to be one of them. Every year, this award is given to Dealers who provide their customers with first-rate treatment throughout the life of their Ford, Lincoln or Mercury vehicle.
The President's Award was developed in 1998. Dealers become eligible through survey responses from customers related to their service, satisfaction and overall dealership experience.
